Whiteboarding user profiles

Today we got together as a group to create user profiles from some of the interviews we took on Monday. At first we just brainstormed everything we could think of about these users. We also shared the examples of good museums and design for engaging Millenials that we had each found.

Then we broke down and fleshed out these brainstorms into demographics, psychographics and attitudinal values for each of the users to end up with some key transformational needs.

We decided that we also needed more interviews from specifically local Millenials to create a user profile for them as they are also very important users.

We also came up with some crude solutions while discussing about the users and responding to their needs so we jotted them down to reference later...
