Final Frankie Point of View Statement
We ended up changing Frankie's 'problem statement' to a 'point of view statement'. Frankie didn't neccessarily have a problem that could be fixed but rather an opinion that could be improved on.
Frankie is a local millennial.
She values authentic personal relationships because she feels social media is contrived and limits this interaction. Because of this she values being amongst people in the community and forming genuine connections.
Frankie believes Te Papa is commercialised with an identity she can’t relate to, as feels its tourist focussed.
Although Frankie doesn’t dislike Te Papa, this expectation means that she never even considers visiting.

Trying to come up with another big idea
Brainstorming an idea to bring our interactive street experiences.
We felt we have lost our user, and find our idea going no where. So decided to go back to the drawing board

Game idea
One of the ideas that came up from user testing was to make it more like an interactive game, like a chose your own adventure.
After fleshing out this idea a bit we decided it was not responding to our millenial or Te Papa.
